Board of Directors Proposal
The Board is proposing changes to our Rulebook to make our rules simpler, streamline our Board, protect our mutual status, and improve our member engagement structure. These changes will result in a new and simplified Rulebook.
Member Council Proposal
To support the Board’s proposed changes to improve our member engagement structure, the Member Council is recommending a motion to introduce a member forum.
Board of Directors Elections
You can select up to five candidates to serve on our Board of Directors:
- Two Member-nominated Directors
- Two Board-nominated Directors
- One Executive Director

You can also read our Summary Annual Report, which contains key financial information for 2024. You're welcome to submit any questions on the Annual Report and Accounts before Friday 6 June to [email protected].
