Manage your membership through My Benenden

Use My Benenden to manage your account, view your rewards and discounts, register to become an active member of our democracy and find out about the services available through your Benenden Health membership.

Registering for My Benenden is quick to do; all you need to have ready are your membership number and personal details.

It's easy to manage your membership with My Benenden. You can:

You can add as many people as you like to your membership for only £15.50 per person, per month.

  • After six months of membership, you can request access to private Medical Diagnosis and after 24 months^ access to Treatment, in just a few simple steps.

Your Wellbeing Hub

A wellness library in your pocket, giving you immediate access to:

  • Wellbeing: 20+ eLearning programmes covering sleep, nutrition, mental wellbeing and movement.

  • Fitness: 15+ exercise programmes and over 200 videos, including seated exercises, to help you stay fit and healthy.

  • Nutrition: Over 200 video recipes for you to try out.

  • Be Calm: A selection of self-guided meditation sessions to help manage stress levels.

 

How to use the app

To use the Benenden Health App, you must have registered for a My Benenden Account – you can use these credentials to log in to the app.

If you haven’t already done so you can easily create an account via the app or through My Benenden.

  • White Goods.
  • Recuperative UK breaks.

Assistance can come in a wide range of forms depending on the needs of the individual. Our maximum grant for treatment and equipment is up to £3,000 and financial requests are up to £1,000.

To request our services please ensure that: 

1. You're an existing member of Benenden Health.
2. You have your membership number to hand.
3. You've been with us for six or 24 months^ before requesting certain services. (Minimum wait times and exclusions apply).

Only if you have been advised you need a procedure and your NHS wait is over our current threshold. We'll require details of your CCSD code.

^ If you joined us before 19 February 2024 you can request Medical Treatment after six months of membership. If you joined us on or after 19 February 2024 you can request Medical Treatment after 24 months of membership.
