Mental health in the workplace – is it currently a tick box culture?

Mental health and wellbeing are increasingly being recognised as important issues in society and the workplace. But are employers really doing enough to support employees or is it becoming more of a ‘tick box’ culture?

To find out more about the type of mental health conditions experienced and how their employers are supporting them, we surveyed 1,000 UK employees, and followed up with a number of in-depth one-to-one calls.

Our report, below, provides all the insight from the research. It highlights the prevalence of mental health issues in the workplace, and the gap between what employees need from their employers, and what is currently on offer. You will also find below a series of articles summarising our key findings and recommendations.
