The advanced assessment is designed for both men and women. The assessment will cover your heart, lungs, various cancers, vision, hearing, a full set of blood tests, dietary and lifestyle appraisals and much more. Your assessment will last up to two hours, an hour of which will be spent with the doctor for a detailed examination and consultation.

Length of assessment:

Up to 2 hours (including nurse consultation and up to 1 hour with your doctor)
The advanced assessment has the following tests included, selected to help you improve your health and wellbeing.


  • Medical and lifestyle questionnaire
  • Dietary assessment
  • Guide to healthy living
  • Personalised medical report and recommendations
  • Lifestyle consultation with nurse
  • Consultation with doctor
  • Physical examination with doctor


  • Blood pressure
  • Body composition (height, weight, hip to waist, BMI and body fat percentage)
  • Blood tests
  • Cholesterol profile
  • Diabetes risk
  • Full blood count (for anaemia and other diseases
  • Kidney function
  • Gout
  • Liver function

Other Investigations

  • Cardiovascular risk score
  • Urine analysis (3 tests for diabetes infection and kidney function)
  • Vision and hearing
  • Blood in stool test (Over 45) (may indicate bowel cancer)
  • Resting ECG
  • Chest x-ray (if clinically appropriate)
  • Lung function tests

Female Specific Tests

  • Breast cancer awareness
  • Breast examination
  • Mammography (Over 40 if selected)**
  • Cervical cancer screening (including HPV if clinically appropriate)

Male Specific Tests

  • Testicular cancer awareness
  • Testicular examination
  • Prostate cancer blood test (Over 50)

If any tests are not clinically appropriate for you, your doctor will advise you.
