Before treatment is offered, an assessment is carried out over the phone with a counsellor to determine the type of support that is most appropriate for you which could be:
Structured Wellbeing Counselling
This could include up to six sessions of structured wellbeing counselling which may be delivered by phone, face-to-face or video calls with one of our network counsellors.
Supported Self Help
Designed by your Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you’ll receive a set of supportive learning modules to complete either online or paper based. You’ll work through your programme and have up to six support calls either over the phone or via video call from a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to provide support and monitor your progress.
This will include agreeing progressive actions and goals that'll work to help you resolve your symptoms.

You must have been a member for a minimum of six months before you call
You can request access to Mental Health Counselling Support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Step 2
A counsellor will carry out an assessment to determine the type of support that is most appropriate for you.
Step 3
At this stage you may be offered structured wellbeing counselling or supported guided self help.
