Benenden recognised as one of the UK’s top 100 not-for-profit organisations to work for

The health and wellbeing provider Benenden, has made it onto the prestigious 100 ‘Best Not-for-Profit Organisations’ to work for list. Benenden was ranked at 64 in the Sunday Times list at the awards ceremony on 25th February.
The survey ranks companies based on key performance indicators: looking at areas such as leadership, staff engagement and the overall happiness of employees within the organisation. All scorings used to compile the lists are based on employee opinions.
Marc Bell, Chief Executive of Benenden said, “It’s a fantastic achievement to have made it on to the list for the 100 Best Not-for-Profit organisations to work for - and it’s a real endorsement of how we value and support the wellbeing of our employees.
