CSR & Engagement Co-ordinator
Do you want to work for an organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of their employees, their members and the local community?
This diverse and fulfilling role is perfect for an engaging communicator with an interest in community relations, charitable work and internal communications.
You will be responsible for undertaking Community Relations projects and partnerships, continuing to support and build on local sponsorship programmes which promote Benenden Health. You will need to deliver media awareness and employer brand awareness both externally through writing press releases and internally through engaging communications.
You will have previously worked in a community relations or charity sector role and will be able to demonstrate your ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You can build strong working relationships to continue the success of our existing partnerships whilst seeking new opportunities for colleague engagement and community relationships as part of our CSR (corporate social responsibility) agenda.
You will identify where CSR and engagement activities can improve both personal and business performance and engage with colleagues on charitable fundraising and volunteering opportunities as part of our calendar of events. This will include some evening and weekend work throughout the year.
You will also be responsible for day to day internal communications within the business and a number of engagement activities to support our colleague engagement initiatives and wellbeing strategy.
You will be working in a fast paced, changing environment so strong organisational and prioritising skills are required. As you will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders you must be able to deliver and influence effectively.
We recruit people in line with our values framework so the successful candidate will be working alongside like-minded individuals who share their passion and enthusiasm, and above all are committed to making Benenden Health a great place to work.
As a valued colleague we offer you a suite of benefits such as an excellent defined contribution pension scheme, onsite gym, discounts portal, cycle to work scheme and the opportunity to join a great team in a fantastic organisation.
