OD Apprentice

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and energetic apprentice to not only work in a fantastic team but study an apprenticeship which provides them with a recognised qualification and develop a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors for the next step in their career

You will have responsibility for the administration of all Engagement, CSR and Internal Communications activities which will include organising employee volunteering, planning fundraising activities, arranging health and wellbeing initiatives and preparing for business update sessions with the CEO. You will also provide administrative support to the L&D team, such as preparing training materials and organising activities for our corporate induction.

What do we want from you? You will be a strong team player, but also able to work independently, you will have good written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong IT skills with a good command of Microsoft Office. We will encourage you to put forward ideas and suggestions to improve what we do and provide you with the support to learn and develop into an effective high performing administrator.

Salary

£7,900 per annum, increasing to £11,900 per annum after 12 weeks

Following 12 months service salary will increase to minimum wage

Hours of Work 

37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
