Propositions Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Propositions Manager on a 10 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. Reporting to the Head of Product and Partnerships, you will be responsible for the overall Profit & Loss performance of defined product lines, defining, developing and managing the profitability of new and existing propositions, ensuring they meet emerging customer needs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maintain a detailed understanding of your specific market and product area including customer needs and segmentation, competitor activity, market drivers, distribution, servicing and pricing/product profitability models
  • Interpret marketing, customer and product intelligence to inform, create and deliver propositions to achieve Profit & Loss targets
  • Develop and deliver customer propositions, launch new proposition into defined markets, manage and update existing propositions to meet identified market needs
  • Manage third party providers, conducting account reviews
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Department to develop and analyse product and service MI, delivering improvements as necessary
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders ensuring successful execution and delivery of propositions

We are keen to hear from candidates who have:

  • A proven track record of Proposition Management with a sound understanding of the risk and compliance landscape for financial services
  • Proven success in delivering proposition, product and service development
  • Experience of launching and managing product and service development programmes
  • Experience of utilising marketing research to define relevant propositions
