Sales Support Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our expanding Commercial Sales Team for a Sales Support Executive to be responsible for pre and post-sale administration of all corporate health scheme policies sold.

In this role you will undertake all the administration of commercial correspondence of our corporate healthcare scheme, ensuring a pro-active response to customer requests and ensuring issues are escalated  appropriately.

Working closely with the Telephone Team Manager you will be responsible for shaping the development, look and feel of all administration systems and processes to ensure a seamless and exceptional service is received by our customers, intermediaries and partnerships. Therefore experience of managing and implementing process improvements is a pre-requisite for this role.
