Senior Innovation & Insight Manager

Benenden Health has a significant innovation programme within its Business Plan and requires a new product development professional to bring concepts to market. The role holder will be responsible for the end to end development of health and wellbeing products and services which deliver upon our philosophy of providing simple, smart and affordable products that provide an affordable alternative to traditional services.

We also operate within a dynamic and competitive marketplace in which we must be open to new ideas from competitors, new entrants or others which may impact upon or future. The role holder will be responsible for working internally and with agencies to design and produce customer and market insight which they can deliver in a manner that assists stakeholders across the organisation with strategic and operational decision making.

The core purposes of the role are:

  • Bringing to market new products and services
  • Delivering action focussed research and insight to help drive strategic and operational decision making.

The role will have line management responsibility for the Insight Consultant role holder(s) and responsibility for managing a research and innovation budget.
