If you have previous sales, telesales or direct sales experience and are confident when talking to customers from a wide demographic, we are keen to meet you. Working predominately on the telephone, you will have a proven track record in consistently delivering targets in a dynamic and changing work environment. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great customer experience.

Key Result Areas:

  • Acquiring new members and retaining existing members through inbound and outbound call activity
  • Targeting potential members who have already started an application
  • Retain members who want to cancel their membership by explaining the benefits of our products and services
  • Contacting existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to upsell the benefits of retaining membership
  • Working on admin and emails received from potential and existing members

Skills and Experience:

  • Effective questioning and listening skills
  • Enjoys working to KPI’s in and sales driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional and resilient at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet
  • Enthusiastic, dynamic and positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation influencing skills

A full induction programme and on-going training will provide you with an intimate knowledge and understanding of Benenden Health’s core product. There is a requirement to attend 2 weeks’ full-time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 9th December. You must be available for the whole training period.

Salary

At or around £19,500 per annum, pro rata

Hours of Work 

1x 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 11am – 7pm & Friday, 9am – 5pm

1x 37.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday, 12pm – 8pm & Friday, 9am – 5pm

1x 16 hours per week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9am-1pm
