Telesales Executives x 4

If you are someone with previous sales, telesales or direct sales experience and are confident when talking to customers from a wide demographic we are keen to meet you. Working predominately on the telephone you will have a proven track record in consistently delivering targets in a dynamic and changing work environment. You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills, but most importantly; strive to deliver a great customer experience.

The main responsibilities of these roles are:

  • Acquiring new members and retaining existing members through inbound and outbound call activity
  • Targeting potential members who have already started an application (no cold calling)
  • Targeting existing members who have cancelled or stopped payments to upsell the benefits of retaining membership (soft sell)
  • Working on admin and emails received from potential and existing members
  • Following defined campaign management procedures, but suggesting improved efficiency where appropriate
  • Engaging key stakeholders internally and externally to achieve campaign implementation within set deadlines

  • Enjoys working to KPI’s in a sales driven environment
  • Self-motivated, professional and resilient at all times
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to think on your feet
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation/sales skills

Full Time Permanent


At or around £19,500 pro-rata

Salary will be dependant on level of experience

Hours of Work 

Part time: Monday - Thursday, 3.30pm – 7.30pm
