What is Direct Member Voting?
It's your chance to shape the future of Benenden Health by voting on the important business decisions leading up to our Annual Conference (AGM).
What will I be asked to vote on this year?
Choose who represents you: Decide who joins our Board of Directors from our Member-nominated, Board-nominated and Executive candidates.
Key business decisions: Vote on items such as our Annual Report and Accounts, Appointment of our Auditors, and Directors' Remuneration, as well as proposals from our Board of Directors and Member Council.
How do I cast my vote?
Voting opens on 15 May and closes on 18 June. You will receive all the information needed to cast your votes via email or post, so keep an eye on your inbox or letterbox.
Voting culminates at our Annual Conference on 20 June. You're welcome to join us online on the day. We'll share the voting results during the event and also post them on our website, so do check back.
