The service gives members discounted access to a range of at-home blood tests, helping them better understand key health markers and take earlier, more informed action from the comfort of home.

The new service enables members to complete comprehensive health checks without visiting a clinic. It supports greater awareness of key health indicators and helps people make evidence-based choices about their wellbeing.

As part of Benenden Health's commitment to helping members proactively manage their health and wellbeing, members receive a discount on the at-home testing service with prices starting from £80. This offers a convenient and more affordable way to gain insights into key health markers from home and reinforces Benenden Health’s focus on practical, preventative services that support members before health concerns become more serious.

The service includes three general wellness testing levels, covering up to 32 health markers and providing insights into a range of areas, including hormone balance, metabolic health, and potential risks related to liver and kidney function.

Members can also access four targeted testing options focused on specific health concerns, including:

• Hormone health testing for men and women aged 40+
• Metabolic monitoring and management
• Advanced cholesterol analysis

Once completed, results are available through a secure online account, allowing members to:

• Track their results over time
• Identify health trends
• Receive clear, personalised insights
• Set and monitor health goals

The introduction of at-home health testing forms part of Benenden Health's ongoing commitment to helping members take preventative action and make informed decisions about their health.
