Affordable private healthcare provider Benenden Health has been awarded ‘Best Healthcare Service’ at this year’s Moneyfacts Investment Life & Pensions (ILP) Awards, marking its eighth consecutive win in the category and reinforcing the outstanding support it provides to members across the UK.

The Moneyfacts ILP Awards celebrate providers offering outstanding customer and product services across the protection, retirement and investment sectors. Winners are selected through a combination of votes from industry advisers and evaluations by the expert team at Moneyfacts ILP.

Voting took place between February and April 2026, with leading advisers submitting written testimonials to support their nominations. These were followed by an analytical review from Moneyfacts’ research team, who assessed the pricing and features of each nominated provider over the preceding 12 months.
