1. The promoter of this prize draw is Benenden Healthcare Society Limited, Holgate Park Drive, York, YO26 4GG (“Benenden Health”).

2. The prize draw opens at 08.00am (BST) on 9 July 2026 and closes at 11.59pm (BST) on 31 July 2026 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after this time will not be considered.

3. The prize draw is open to non-members of Benenden Health only. Participants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.

4. The prize draw is not open to employees of Benenden Health, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

5. Entry to the prize draw is gained by completing the following actions before the Closing Date:
- Successfully complete the entry form which asks for the entrant's name, last name, email address, region and consent for Benenden Health's newsletter. Form can be found at: www.benenden.co.uk/smash-summer

6. No purchase is necessary. An opt‑out opportunity is available.

7. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will not be counted.

8. By entering the prize draw, or by choosing not to opt out, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and confirm that they are eligible to enter. Entrants also consent to their contact details being shared with third‑party suppliers solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw.

9. Benenden Health accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, malfunctions, hardware or software failures, or network or server failures of any kind.

10. Six winners will be selected by a random draw on 1 August 2026 ('Draw Date').

11.The prizes are as follows:
- One winner will receive a £500 Lifestyle E-gift Card
- Five runners up will each receive a £100 Lifestyle E-gift Card

Vouchers will be issued digitally and sent via the email address provided when entering. The prize does not include travel costs or any other expenses.

12. Benenden Health will make reasonable efforts to supply prizes within 30 days of the Closing Date. Winners will be notified shortly after the Draw Date using the contact details provided at entry.

13. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Benenden Health reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

14. Prizes are non‑exchangeable, non‑transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

15. Benenden Health reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

16. The decision of Benenden Health regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. To comply with legal requirements, Benenden Health may make available the surname and county of winners. This information will be provided to anyone who emails marketingmail@benenden.co.uk within one month of the Closing Date. If a winner objects to this information being shared, they should notify Benenden Health. In such cases, Benenden Health may still be required to provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.

18. Benenden Health reserves the right to refuse entry or withhold a prize if an entrant is in breach of these terms and conditions.

19. Benenden Health reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

20. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benenden Health, its agents, or distributors will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Statutory rights are not affected.

21. Personal data provided during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Benenden Health's privacy policy. Please also see condition 17 regarding winner announcements.

22. This prize draw is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
