Yes. Your employees' results are confidential and will only be provided to them. These will be available within 8 days online, and within 21 days in the post.

With services available at 10,000 convenient clinics in 400 locations, your employees will find a high quality service generally no more than 15 minutes from their home or place of work. Alternatively, at no additional cost to you, Bluecrest Wellness can offer these services at any of your office/business locations.

Your employees will receive a welcome email with a private link to book their appointment online via My Wellness.

Your employees can continue to eat and drink as normal before their health assessment and continue to take any prescribed medication. Bluecrest Wellness do advise they should avoid any vitamins or supplements as these can affect some results.

Bluecrest Wellness would always recommend that they drink plenty of water as this helps maintain strong blood circulation, which makes it easier for the Health Assessment Specialist to take a blood sample.

Your employees should wear loose and non-restrictive clothing. This allows the Health Assessment Specialist easy access to their arms and lower legs. There is no requirement to any clothing during the appointment. However, shoes and socks may require removal in order to undertake a Biometric scan.

Full preparation instructions will be provided in writing when they book their appointment.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety and safeguarding policies, we cannot proceed with an assessment with a child in attendance.

The NHS doesn't normally offer tests unless you display symptoms. The NHS does have screening programmes in place for certain illnesses in certain age groups, however the NHS doesn’t normally offer comprehensive screening with a personalised results report.

Bluecrest Wellness advise around 20 minutes for your employees health check, and to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment start time.

The venues have been chosen based on their convenient locations, comfortable surroundings, parking and transport links. All venues are regularly checked by our Events team and Certified Healthcare Professionals to ensure they meet our high standards.

Appointments are conducted by knowledgeable and approachable Health Assessment Specialists who are trained in phlebotomy (blood-taking).

Bluecrest Wellness health assessments are only suitable for ages 19-79. We cannot offer to employees who are pregnant or until the individual is 3 months postpartum due to the increased hormonal activity after childbirth. Employees should speak to their GP if they have any specific health concerns. If any employees require special assistance, please get in touch and we can ensure the tests and venue are suitable for their specific needs.

Some tests may require taking a sample at a specific time of day or for women on a certain day in their cycle. Any requirements will be clearly outlined on the lab request form. It is important to ensure employees are well hydrated and warm before collecting their sample, as will help improve blood flow and support a successful collection.

Yes. All kits should be used and returned within 60 days of being ordered. The collection tubes contain materials with defined expiry dates, so it is important to complete and return the test within this timeframe to ensure accurate analysis. If you employees are unable to use the kit within this period, please contact the support team for guidance.

Yes. The laboratories used by Forth are accredited to ISO 15189, the international gold standard for laboratories, and follow robust internal quality control processes on a day-to-day basis. Forth also participates in external quality assessment schemes to ensure results remain consistent, reliable and comparable to established clinical standards.

Once the sample has been received by the laboratory, results are typically available within two working days. Employees will be notified by SMS and email as soon as they are ready to view. In some cases, results may take longer, for example if a sample needs to be recollected or during periods of high demand. Expected turnaround times are shown when you choose your test.

Yes. Results are presented in a clear and easy-to-understand format, with explanations to help your employees interpret each biomarker and what it may mean for their health. The information is intended to support understanding and is not a diagnosis.

Yes. Unless they have opted out, your employees’ results are reviewed by a GMC-registered doctor, who will provide a short report to help your employees understand their results and highlight any appropriate actions to take. This review is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Employees will be told how to opt out during the results process.
