Double Moneywise Shortlisting for Benenden Health

Benenden Health has been shortlisted for two Moneywise Customer Service Awards
We are proud to announce our shortlisting for two prestigious Moneywise Customer Service Awards, following a survey of thousands of UK customers.
Benenden Health are up for “Most Trusted Health Insurance Provider” and “Most Trusted Health Insurance Provider via Employer” at an awards evening on the 13th June.
The shortlisting shows that both our individual members and those organisations that provide Benenden Health to their employees have put their trust and confidence in us.
Bob Andrews, Chief Executive Officer at Benenden Health, expressed his gratitude to those who voted, and to all members: “Thank you very much to everyone who took the time to fill out the Moneywise survey, and to all of our members for their trust in Benenden Health.
“It’s always tremendous to be recognised for an award, but it’s really an honour to have been recognised by our members. Our staff live by our values everyday to ensure that our customer service is always as friendly, warm and knowledgeable as possible.
“I’m proud of the team for all of their hard work over the past year.”
Now in its 11th year, the Moneywise Customer Service Awards have become a benchmark for the highest levels of customer service in the financial services industry. Overall, 32,000 took part, making it one of the largest surveys in the UK of consumers about the financial companies they use.
