Generation Alpha - or 'Gen A' - born between 2010 and 2024, will begin entering the workforce in the next couple of years. Expected to be a digitally forward-thinking and AI-native generation, their formative years have also been shaped by economic and political volatility. This has given them heightened empathy and awareness of both mental and physical health needs, inside and outside the workplace.
