Let's talk about GPs
We know it's not always easy to book a clinician at your General Practice surgery. So, if you have a problem, our helpline gives you quick and easy access to a qualified UK-based doctor to help. We’re here for your family too. You can arrange an appointment for yourself, your partner, your children or anyone you have a legal power of attorney for - even if they're not members.
Usually when we’ve got a health concern, a GP is our first port of call. Whether your worries are big or small, ongoing or something that just popped up, it’s helpful to be able to chat to a professional and get some answers.
But with the extra demand for NHS GPs, getting an appointment can be tricky.
That's why our GP helpline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There's no rushing to call your doctor's surgery at 8am or waiting months to see someone. Giving you access to a GP, when you need one.
How we can help
It's super simple to use our service - as the name suggests, you can call us (or use our app) anytime to book in a phone or video appointment.
And if they think it's right, the GP can even give you a private prescription. You can choose to pick it up from a local pharmacy or have it sent directly to you. But we can't cover the cost of the medication or delivery.

What's not included
Our helpline isn't meant to replace your registered GP, and it can't help with ongoing treatments, repeat prescriptions, investigations, or antenatal care.
And we don't assess your condition ourselves when you get in touch to book an appointment so if you think your situation is urgent you should call 111, or 999 if it's an emergency.
