Benenden Health rated as one of the UK’s best companies to work for

Benenden Health has maintained its rating as a ‘1 Star’ best company to work for, following a survey of its employees
In 2016, Benenden Health was ‘One to Watch’ for employee engagement in the Best Companies Index, following a survey of its employees. Since then, we strove to earn a 1 Star rating and in 2017, we achieved this goal. This year, we are proud to announce that the Best Companies Index has once again recognised Benenden Health with another 1 Star.
A 1 Star in the Best Companies Index is recognition of our commitment to our team. Feedback from staff forms the basis of our score. This means our team feel that we have 'very good' levels of engagement with our work.
Thanks to the 1 Star award, Benenden Health has been invited to the Sunday Times Best Companies Awards in London. The ceremony will reveal where we have placed this year in the Top 100 Not-For-Profit Organisations to work for.
“We are delighted to have retained our 1 Star status as it demonstrates how engaged colleagues feel when they come to work in the morning,” says CEO Bob Andrews, “Our ambition for 2020 is to keep improving. We strive in the short term to achieve 2 Star status but our longer-term ambition is to be recognised as a 3 Star organisation. It’s already a great place to work, our goal is to make it even better”.
