Benenden Hospital, the leading private hospital near Cranbrook in Kent, is delighted to announce that it will be expanding its outpatient services by launching its first London outpatients centre on 14 November.
Offering self-paying and privately-insured patients convenient access to Benenden Hospital's renowned expert care, the new clinic is located in Queen Anne Street, in the Harley Street district.
The centre will initially provide outpatient consultations for orthopaedic conditions, with clinics running bi-weekly. Pre-operative assessments will be available both in London and at Benenden Hospital. Benenden Health members will be booked into the outpatients centre through the hospital’s Reservations team.
Hospital Director Claire Harley said:
"Gaining a presence in the Harley Street health district is an exciting step for us. Our new centre will mirror the high standards set at Benenden Hospital, ensuring patients benefit from a seamless pathway to surgery at our hospital in Kent.
"We are continually evolving as a hospital and responding to patient needs, and the establishment of this centre creates greater access to our leading speciality care and services."
Alex Chipperfield, Medical Director and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon, added:
"This new facility offers me and my Consultant colleagues at Benenden Hospital the opportunity to expand our practice to reach even more patients. I’m excited to welcome our first patients to the centre, which will bring our renowned commitment to excellence in patient care from Kent to London."
The hospital is planning to introduce additional speciality clinics at a later stage.
