Benenden Health takes home ‘Best Healthcare Service’ award for the seventh consecutive year

We won the accolade at this year's Moneyfacts Investment Life & Pensions awards.

Benenden Health has been awarded ‘Best Healthcare Service’ at this year’s Moneyfacts Investment Life & Pensions (ILP) Awards, marking its seventh consecutive win in the category and affirming the support its members get for their health and wellbeing.

The Moneyfacts ILP Awards celebrate providers offering outstanding customer and product services across the protection, retirement, and investment sectors. Winners are selected through a combination of votes from industry advisers and evaluations by the expert team at Moneyfacts ILP.

Voting took place between February and April 2025, with leading advisers submitting written testimonials to support their nominations. These were followed by an analytical review from Moneyfacts’ research team, who assessed the pricing and features of each nominated provider over the preceding 12 months.

Benenden Health, a member-owned mutual, won over Bupa, which received the ‘Highly Commended’ award, and Vitality Health, which was ‘Commended’.

In addition, Benenden Health was ‘Commended’ in the ‘Best Health Cash Plan Provider’ category.
