We have partnered with York St John to collaboratively build a degree apprenticeship programme for colleagues to undertake either a Chartered Management Degree or an Executive Master of Business Admin (MBA) on a part-time basis.
Mentoring is a relationship of semi-structured guidance whereby one person shares their knowledge, skills and experience to assist others to progress in their own lives and careers. We now have a group of trained mentors available as part of our new mentoring programme available for you.
Our new mentors will be available to support our people who would benefit from having a mentor to assist them with their development.
