Ingredients
120ml tart cherry juice
1 scoop magnesium glycinate powder
Soda or sparkling water to top
Ice
Method
Pour the tart cherry juice into a tall glass and stir in the magnesium glycinate powder. A spoon or handheld frother works well. Add ice. Top with soda or sparkling water and enjoy as part of your evening routine. Tart cherry juice is naturally rich in melatonin. Magnesium glycinate is often used to support relaxation. This mocktail can be a soothing part of your nightly wind down.
