Financial Assistance has changed to Cancer Support

No new Financial Assistance cases will be agreed from 22nd June 2022. There’s no need to contact us if you have a live Financial Assistance case in progress, as any cases agreed up to the date the enhanced service goes live will remain valid for 12 months from authorisation.

How to contact us

Step 1

Call us on 0800 414 8100 for authorisation between 8am and 5pm (Monday - Friday).

Step 2

You may be asked to provide information to support your claim such as original receipts for items purchased, correspondence from your oncologist and we may ask you to complete a claims form.
