Benenden Healthcare named as finalists in the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards

Leading mutual health & wellbeing organisation, Benenden Healthcare Society has been shortlisted in the European Call Centre and Customer Services Awards - Europe's most prestigious, industry-wide awards for customer service.
The European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards acknowledge and reward excellence across the contact centre and customer service industry. It recognises organisations that demonstrate exceptional customer service.
Benenden Healthcare has been listed as finalists in the ‘Customer Service Operation’ category alongside companies such as Dell, Barclays Premier Telephony and Co-operative Energy.
Darenn Plowright, Head of Contact Centre said: ‘The whole team at Benenden Healthcare is delighted to have been selected as finalists for this award. Customer service is integral to what we do and being shortlisted in this competitive category is in itself a real honour.

The winners will be announced at a gala dinner on 2nd October 2012 at the London Hilton in Park Lane.
