Benenden's quarterly health and wellbeing magazine, produced for members of the not-for-profit healthcare provider, has won a significant industry award for its relaunch.
The Institute of Internal Communications (IOIC) named Be Healthy as Class Winner in the category of ‘Relaunched Publication’ at its recent national awards. Judges commented: “Good goals and research to determine that the end product is what the readers want – a successful relaunch.
Benenden's class-winning magazine has a circulation of more than 360,000 copies and has been produced by specialist membership magazine publishers, Think, since the start of 2016.
Paul Keenan, Head of Communications at Benenden, said: “We‘re delighted Be Healthy has secured this award from the IOIC. The award is a testament to the strength and innovation that you find in the team at Think, the publishers we appointed only a year ago to take on the contract for our members’ magazine. Think’s overall business CV coupled with the enthusiasm and innovation within the team has been instrumental in taking our magazine to a new level. Think set the bar immediately after they were appointed – and they continue to raise the bar with every issue they produce.

The category shortlist included publications from Waitrose, Crohn’s and Colitis UK, The Association for Project Management, and the Professional Association of Childcare and Early Years.
